2. Products & Services

We offer a range of coaching, consulting, and creative services to individuals, entrepreneurs, and organisations, as well as books and other digital or physical products. These Terms of Sales apply to all purchases of books (physical or digital) and coaching, consulting, or creative services.

Each service or product description aims to be accurate and transparent. Please note that service offerings can be tailored based on client needs. If you have any questions, please get in touch before purchasing.

By placing an order and making payment, you enter into a binding agreement with Be Beyond Borders FZE for the specified service or product.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in £ (British Pounds) unless otherwise stated.

​

• Products: Payment due at checkout via Stripe or PayPal.
   

• Services: Payment is due in advance of service delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices may be issued upon request.

5. Delivery

​

• Books (physical): Your book will be shipped within 2 to 10 days, with delivery times varying depending on your location.

 

• Books (digital): Once your payment is complete, your digital book will be ready for immediate download. Happy reading!

 

• Services: Delivery terms for consulting, coaching, or creative work will be outlined in a mutually agreed-upon contract and/or confirmation email.

 

 

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Books: All book sales are final. Please note that as an indie publisher, we’re unable to offer refunds on digital or physical copies.
   

• Services: 

  • Coaching: Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to a cancellation fee. Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.​

  • Consulting: For workshops and speaking engagements, rescheduling or cancellations must be made more than 14 days before the event. If not, a partial or full charge will be applied, depending on prep time and materials as outlined in the agreed terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including writing, artwork, audio, and videos, is owned by Be Beyond Borders FZE unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written permission.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching or consulting is confidential unless disclosure is legally required or necessary to prevent harm.

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or technology failures.
