For entrepreneurs and smaller teams, I provide support around creative strategy, leadership clarity, and brand storytelling to help turn ideas into action.

I'm a multilingual consultant, transformational coach, and passionate creative with over a decade of international experience.

I’ve worked in global companies and successful entrepreneurs across Europe,Asia, America, Oceania, and the Middle East - blending strategy, coaching, and storytelling to help people and organisations navigate change with courage and clarity.

Every collaboration starts with your needs and context. I offer one-off sessions, short-term projects, and longer-term partnerships, depending on what suits you best.

Here's how the process typically unfolds:

1. Discovery Call: We explore your challenges and goals.
   

2. Audit: I assess your current culture and communication landscape.
   

3. Design: Together, we co-create a strategy and action plan - which may include culture co-creation workshops, storytelling strategy, or leadership coaching.
   

4. Delivery & Support: I provide hands-on support in the form of facilitation, training, action planning, and implementation.
   

5. Lessons Learned: We reflect on what worked and what’s next.

I work in both English and French, and adapt my approach to reflect your team’s culture, language, and cultural context.

Both. I collaborate with clients virtually and/or in person, depending on your needs. I’m currently based in Dubai (UAE) and travel extensively year round.
