About Be Beyond Borders
Our Vision & Mission
At Be Beyond Borders, we help people and organisations navigate change courageously, creatively, and meaningfully.
Blending creativity, empathy, and strategy, we create spaces where uncertainty becomes opportunity. Whether you’re an individual in transition or an organisation facing complex challenges, we work with you to explore new possibilities, challenge the status quo, and gain the clarity needed to take purposeful action.
Founded by Consultant, Coach, and Creative Solène Anglaret, Be Beyond Borders is on a mission to help dreamers do and doers dream.
Our Story
Be Beyond Borders began in 2018 with a simple yet powerful idea: sharing stories of people living beyond borders to break down barriers and bring the world closer together.
Since then, the journey has unfolded across continents, mediums, and communities:
A blog
A blog was born, spotlighting global voices and personal stories of identity, migration, and belonging.
2018
A library
We self-published four books exploring home and identity, including Where to Next? a travel memoir, Where Are You From? a children’s story, and two poetry collections in English and French.
Starting in 2018 to 2021
From 2022 to 2023
A talkshow
We launched The Inclusion Conversation, a two-season talkshow dedicated to diversity, inclusion, disability, and neurodiversity, featuring over 20 guests.
An expansion
We expanded into consulting, mentoring, and delivering workshops and talks on mental health, neurodiversity, and inclusion across sectors. We also published Mindful Emotions, a colouring book, and returned to acting and improv.
Since 2023
From 2024
A vision
Now, we’re broadening our scope to focus on the human side of change. Our work is rooted in lived experience and shaped by Solène’s career in large global corporations and government organisations across Europe, Asia, Oceania, and the Middle East.
